Product, pricing, invoicing, and support commitments are governed by the relevant quotation, order form, subscription, or partner agreement.
Portal availability and features may evolve where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, infrastructure changes, or product improvement.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, informational portal content is provided on an as-available basis. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where required by law.
