Retention and rights
Data are retained only as long as necessary for the relevant business, support, operational, or compliance purpose. Where records are no longer required, they are deleted, anonymised, or restricted.
Subject to the GDPR and applicable Spanish law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD or another competent supervisory authority.
